Your Facilitators

Colleen is co-founder of Heart  and Soul Women’s Ministry based out of Southern California. She enjoys facilitating book studies and retreats most especially on recognizing and encouraging compassionate presence.  She became a certified Boundless Compassion Facilitator in 2018 which further ignited her passion. 

She enjoys listening during spiritual companioning, or what she calls ‘Journeying Together’. Her favorite quote is from Victor Hugo “To love another person is to see the face of God”.

She resides in Southern California with her husband, four daughters and her beloved  Bernese Mountain Dog. 

Pam is co-founder of Heart and Soul Women’s Ministry based in Southern California.  A professed Secular Franciscan,  she strives to pattern her life after Christ in the spirit of St. Francis.  One of her favorite quotes from St. Francis is “I have done what was mine to do. May Christ teach you what is yours.”   She enjoys developing and leading prayer services, facilitating book studies, knitting prayer shawls and caring for creation. 

She holds a Certificate in Pastoral Studies from Loyola New Orleans Institute for Ministry with a concentration in Spirituality.  

She lives with her husband and sewing/embroidery machine in Southern California.
